August 2020-August 2021
The main aim of the project was to foster energy access for the underprivileged households in Nyangweta village located in Kisii, Kenya. We sensitized over 500 residents on the communal benefits of energy access, installed 30 solar home systems and trained 15 youth on the maintenance of the solar home systems.
April – July 2022
38 teenage mothers were trained on sexual reproductive health and life skills that would enable them to make responsible life decisions. The teen mothers were commissioned as Ambassadors of Change (AOC) in the community.
4th November 2021
90 Solar reading lanterns were donated to needy students in Kitui, Kenya and Zomba, Malawi, in partnership with Abundance Worldwide through the support of the LINC Grant by the US Department of State
January 2021 – June 2022
The main objective of the project was to improve the social and economic well-being of 200 marginalized women. In addition, this project promoted the self-awareness of over 300 young pastoralist women and girls through mentorship.

We partnered with Ash Gold Africa Initiative to launch a 2.2 kW off-grid solar system at St. Peter’s Ngengekani Mixed Secondary School in Kitui County. .

Over 30 adolescent girls were equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to safeguard their sexual health and dignity. Over 100 packets of sanitary towels were distributed.
